New Zealand Post has introduced new postcodes, address standards and bulk mail product requirements. The changes are part of the SendRight programme designed to encourage and assist mailers to accurately address mail. These new standards took effect in April 2006.
From July 2008 addresses will need a new postcode to qualify for volume post discounts. Bulk mail sent after July 2008 with an incomplete or incorrect address will cost you more.
To qualify for the bulk mail discounts you will need a Statement of Accuracy (SOA) certificate. The SOA reports the percentage of postal addresses in your mailing database that have been validated against the NZ Post Postal Address File (PAF). As a New Zealand Post SendRight Partner we are certified to issue SOA’s.

Solution:
Put in place a data validation project in conjunction with Datamail. This project will involve address cleansing, data reconciliation, address standardisation, de-duplication and data preparation for mailing purposes resulting in a quality customer database that receives the best possible per-unit discount.
EndPoint will keep your postage costs low and delivery standards high.
